Order Processing

At GANSI, we aim to process and dispatch your men's apparel orders as quickly as possible.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on all orders above a specified threshold value (as shown at checkout).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD options are available for eligible pincodes across India. A nominal handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

You can use the tracking ID provided to monitor your package's transit status on our courier partner's portal.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver your products on time, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, festive rushes, or logistical constraints. GANSI is not liable for minor courier delays beyond our control, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel.

Incorrect Address or Undelivered Packages

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
